- ARRIVAL TIME – Key pick up time is between 12.30 & 2.30 unless otherwise agreed when booking.
- LATE ARRIVALS – Please let us know if you intend to arrive later that 2.30 so that we can make arrangements for you. Unless agreed in advance we reserve the right to re-let the caravan if it is not claimed within 24 hours of agreed arrival time.
- DEPARTURE TIME – Please vacate the caravan by 10.00am on the day of departure leaving the caravan in a clean, tidy condition. If the caravan is vacated earlier than the departure day upon return of the keys we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.
- BREAKAGES & DAMAGE – You are responsible for any loss or damage sustained during your stay.
- TELEPHONE OR EMAIL RESERVATIONS – Will be held for 10 days pending receipt of completed reservation form & deposit.
- PAYMENT - £60 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable no later than 4 weeks before the start date of the holiday. Failure to pay by the specified date would result in the holiday being deemed cancelled and the booking fee forfeited. Payment is by cheque or bank transfer only no cash payments will be accepted. Full payment must be made prior to arrival.
- CANCELLATIONS – We strongly advise that you take out your own personal holiday insurance as once monies have been paid they are non-refundable. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before holiday start date deposit forfeited. Cancellation within 4 weeks of holiday start date full balance is payable unless we can rebook the dates in which case a partial refund will be given.
- SMOKING – The caravan is strictly no smoking. Any infringement may lead to an additional charge being made.
- DOGS – Dogs are strictly not allowed on the park. Anyone found bringing a dog onto the park would be asked to leave.
- BOOKING RESTRICTIONS – No bookings will be accepted from parties aged entirely under 21. No young same sex parties. We reserve the right to refuse a booking. The booking is accepted only for the number of people (including children & babies) stated on the booking form & at no time must exceed the number for which the caravan was booked.
- DISTURBANCE – Please respect other occupants. Excessive noise or disturbance would result in removal from the park with no refund given.
- CARS – Vehicles must not exceed 10mph within the park or 20mph on the private road between the B1447 & the park. Vehicles must only be driven by holders of a current driving license having adequate insurance cover.
- PLAY AREAS – Parents/Guardians are responsible for the safety of their children at all times and consequently must supervise their children at all times.
- COMPLAINTS – No complaint will be considered after the visitor has left the caravan. Any problems should be reported on one of given numbers as soon as possible to give us the opportunity to resolve them.
- LIABILITY – We do not accept responsibility for any personal injury, inconvenience, loss, damage or theft to persons or property during your stay at Ammonite Caravan no matter how this is caused. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone we deem unsuitable for the property & to expel anyone found to be breaking the parks rules or causing undue nuisance or annoyance to others.
