HOW TO FIND US

Approximately 3 miles south of Whitby on the A171 in the village of Hawsker turn left onto the B1447 signposted High Hawsker & Robin Hoods Bay. Go through the village of Hawsker past the Hare & Hounds pub bearing left towards Robin Hoods Bay. Turn left at the park signpost, Seaview is approximately 200m down the lane.

Whether you prefer countryside or coast this area is fantastic.

Discover all of Whitby's wonderful delights. Relax on the spectacular sandy beaches, stroll along the piers, soak up the atmosphere of the East Side's cobbled streets and if you're feeling energetic tackle the 199 steps up to historic St Mary's Church & the Abbey.

Drive inland to the beautiful moors & villages. Try Lealholm with it's stepping stones, beautiful Hutton-Le-Hole with it's craft shops & museum, the famous home of "Heartbeat" Goathland or Grosmont with it's wonderful steam engines. Or try a forest drive through the scenic Dalby Forest with play areas, picnic spots & BBQ areas.

As well as Whitby's wonderful coastline try the coastal villages. Sandsend's glorious sandy beach. The quaint fishing villages of Robin Hoods Bay & Runswick Bay where at low tide you can go rock pooling & fossil hunting, you may even find your own ammonite!!! Or try historic Staithes home of Captain Cook.

If you enjoy walking you're spoilt for choice. The Old Railway cycle/foot path passes right by us & runs between Whitby & Robin Hoods Bay. The Cleveland Way coastal walk borders Northcliffe Holiday Park. Inland try one of the walks around the Hole of Horcum on the Pickering road.

If you fancy saddle power why not hire a bike from Trailways cycle hire in Hawsker and try the cycle path if you're feeling really energetic it extends all the way to Scarborough.

For a day out further afield try the wonderful historic city of York just an hours drive away. Or for the more daring Flamingo Land Theme Park.

Whatever your taste this area has something for everyone.
